Hi, sorry for this, we decided to stop manual processing / calculation because is very slow and costly. Our IT commenced to provide automatic processing of the cashback reports, but the task proved more complex than they thought. So from the original estimate of 1-2 weeks back in October, it turned out to need triple that and also they had some other tasks along the way. Anyway, it is almost ready and I expect the Asianconnect cashbacks for first three quarters of 2021 to be processed and distributed to users by the end of the week, we will work on Saturday and Sunday if needed to finalize that. Very sorry again and hope this explanation sticks :)
