You can also use the report function available for each pick in the main feed and the users' blogs.
Can I put a link to another site on my blog?
Yes, it is allowed as long as it is not commercial advertising or a site with prohibited content (spam, phishing or explicit materials).
However, please note that posting external links in the main feed could be considered as spamming unless it is indeed a link that would be of general interest to all members and related to betting.
How can I close my Blogabet account (blog)?
There is a link to close your blog in your user profile menu (in the top right corner of the main page when you are logged in, click your small avatar).

I've got a ban to post in the main feed and send private messages, but I don't know why?
Possible reasons for such a ban include, but are not limited to:
- spamming with advertisements or comments that are not of general interest to the betting community
- popping up your picks in main feed with unnecessary in-play or full-time score updates, exclamations, etc.
- harassing and abusing other members

If you think you haven't done any of the above, please use the form on the right to contact our Help Desk.
On some blogs I see the 'Export to Excel' button. Where can I find this for myself?
Are all users able to see the number of stats resets of my blog?
Yes, this is entirely public information and it is shown on your blog how many resets of the stats have been done.
Are all users able to see my e-mail address and account name on my blog?
The e-mail addresses of members are private, unless you share it yourself by posting it somewhere on your blog header or description.
What exactly is the “meaning” of the stake according to the Blogabet system of betting? Is it in units, dollars or something else?
The staking issue is tricky one as there are many different strategies being used by different tipsters. We cannot introduce unified rules that will suit everyone. So we are doing it as liberal as possible. Staking from 1 to 10 is the most widely accepted formula where 10/10 is the max bet. Currently there is no bankroll and no limit to the max exposure a tipster can have, but we recommend up to 20/10 max stake per event/match. Regularly staking more than 20/10 per match could lead to closure of your blog if we believe such extensive staking is being used in an attempt to defraud other users.
Someone wanted from me a live stream. I tried to send the link two times but it seems I've got a ban. Why is that?
It is not allowed to post blogspot links in Blogabet as most of the time they involve spam content. There is an automatic 7-day ban for posting such links.
How can I remove closed or offline blogs from my following list?
You can delete the tipsters you don't want to follow anymore from the My tipsters section.
How can I delete picks?
Only free tipsters have the option to erase new picks within 15 minutes after publishing and if match has not started/is live.
In order to delete or edit a pick please go to the Pending picks section.
Is it allowed to post external links as analysis under picks?
Publishing external links as part of an analysis is allowed only if the link is located at the bottom, after the text of the analysis.
It is very important that the link is not redirecting to another paid site because this is considered commercial activity and is in violation of Blogabet rules.
Am I allowed to advertise another website on Blogabet?
As long as the activity of the external website does not collide with Blogabet services it is not a problem to post a small ad (for example, a cover image with the logo or a link to the website on your blog).
I received an e-mail alert for a tip but it is nowhere to be found on the blog of the tipster. Why is that?
Free tipsters can erase their picks within 15 minutes after posting if the pick is not live or the match hasn't started yet (if it is a pre-match pick).
In such situations this is the reason for a suddenly disappeared pick.
I have a problem receiving e-mail alerts. What is the best e-mail provider I can use?
We recommend using Yahoo/Hotmail for best results and avoiding Gmail due to delivery delays.

How can I change my e-mail alerts plan?
Every user can convert his e-mail alerts plan only for whatever remaining days he has from his current plan but not for the whole plan type.
For example if a user purchased a Standard plan for 12 months and he decides to convert it to an Unlimited plan for 12 months it won't be possible before the full expiration of the Standard 12-month plan. But if he has, for example, 30 remaining days from the Standard plan he can change them to 10 days Unlimited without paying additionally (the price for 30 standard days = 10 unlimited days, 3 standard days = 1 unlimited day, etc.) and vice-versa.
The change from the example above is only possible if the user is following the maximum number of blogs for the Standard plan (20 blogs) or less.
After the expiration of the remaining days the user can renew for a whole Unlimited plan.
What happens with the money from subscriptions of fraudulent buyers?
In case of a Buyer account being terminated due to violation of the Rules for Buyers (i.e. re-sale of picks, bot usage, credit card fraud, etc.) any active of that account subscription will be cancelled and the funds removed from the Sellers Earnings regardless of the remaining days and/or profit provided to that subscription.

Please, note refunds can take up to 10 working days as per the T&C. Your refund will be processed within this time frame.
If your refund is pending for more than 10 working days, please use the form on the right to contact our Help Desk.
I follow different paid tipsters, but I want to see only certain picks they post (for example: for just one particular sport, league or team, with a certain stake, etc.). Is this possible?
Such option is currently not available. This feature will require multiple times more computing power than our servers currently can provide and will increase considerably our costs. It is expected that we launch such option in the future as a paid feature.

How can I receive alerts for new picks published by other users?
Blogabet offers instant e-mail and SMS alerts for new picks. You can purchase and set these services from your E-mail Admin and SMS Admin. Once your services are set you should visit the blogs for which you want to receive alerts and turn ON the E-mail and/or SMS notification options for that user from his blog.
Please, note these services work only for free picks. If you turn ON E-mail and/or SMS notification options for a paid blog, you will receive only the free picks published by that user.
For paid picks it is not possible to receive SMS alerts even if you have a paid subscription for that tipster and also SMS credits in your account. Paid picks alerts are only sent via e-mail and are completely free of charge for the customer and the tipster.
Please, note on all smartphones you can set up to receive e-mail notifications the same way as with SMS. So for most customers the SMS notifications are really not necessary as it is much more expensive and in fact much less reliable than e-mails.
SMS alerts are only better than e-mail alerts if you don't have a smartphone or you don't have mobile data connectivity, which nowadays are both very rare cases.
I have posted some picks and the matches already finished, but results do not show in my blog. What should I do?
I paid for a tipster but now I notice that their account is closed (for whatever reason). What happens next?

Please, note refunds can take up to 10 working days.

This is usually caused by a temporary problem in connectivity between the servers of Blogabet and the payment processors.
In such cases, please wait for 10-15 minutes and try again to make a new purchase. In most cases the new attempt is successful and your subscription will be activated.
After that you should use the form on the right to contact our Help Desk and inform them of the ID/number of the failed transaction. We will refund that payment back to you shortly.
I subscribed to paid service but the seller is in a season break for a long time. Can I get refund?
If a seller is in a season break for more than 60 days and his current stats are negative the Get refund button will automatically become available in your Buyer Admin.
Please, note that if a Seller Market account is in a season holiday, the remaining days of every active subscription that he has will be automatically put on hold until the Seller comes back.
I turned on e-mail alerts for a paid tipster. Will I get his paid picks too?
If you activate the e-mail alerts service and start following a paid tipster, you will get alerts only for their free picks.
In order to get the paid picks, you need to purchase the paid subscription to that tipster and then the alerts will be automatic and free of charge for you for both the paid and free picks of this blog (even if you have not purchased E-mail alerts service).
What exactly is the information I will get in an e-mail alert for a pick?
For free picks the entire pick info (author, match, selection, odds, stake, bookmaker) is shown directly in the e-mail. For free picks from Pinnacle of more popular free tipsters you have to solve captcha code in order to see the entire pick.
For paid picks we will only send you a link. You have to click on that link and verify that you are a human in order to access the pick. This is done in order to prevent bots from accessing and re-sending the pick automatically.
Under what conditions I can ask for refund of a subscription for a paid tipster's service?
Refunds are normally available for 30-day subscriptions when they are in negative stats at the expiration date. You will be notified by an e-mail every time a subscription of yours if eligible for refund. You can request the refund from your Buyer Admin. If a Buyer requests and receives refund as part of the Profit Guarantee policy, the subscription will be terminated and the Buyer will not be able to subscribe again to the same Seller for the next 1 month.
Please, note that 7-day subscriptions are not covered by Profit Guarantee and are not eligible for refund in case of a negative result.
Under what conditions I can have a free month of a subscription to a paid tipster?
For 30-day subscriptions that are in negative stats at the date of expiration you will get one automatic free 30-day extension or the possibility to ask for refund. Buyers will have 72 hours after receiving the extension to decide whether they would like to use it or to request refund. If no refund request is submitted within the deadline, this will constitute the Buyer's acceptance of the free extension and no refund will be possible after that.

Yes, a complete un-reset is possible to be done. It will bring back all of your past picks and results. Please, use the form on the right to contact our Help Desk if you would like to request such an un-reset.
How can I make a combo pick?
You can post combos via Pinnacle, Betbrain and TXodds verification systems. You have to put several selections in the bet slip like you would do in a bookmaker's site, but remember that all selections in your combo need to be from the same bookmaker and also it is not possible to combine two markets from the same match.
If I am a paid tipster, will all users be able to see my picks after the match is over?
All paid picks become entirely public after they are graded, but you can always edit your text/analysis before that. It is possible that you post some sensitive info only for your customers and then erase it before the match starts in order to be sure that once a pick is graded and becomes public the info is not there, etc.
When I post some picks the bookmaker doesn't show even though I chose a bookmaker during the verification. Why does this happen?
This usually happens if you use an ad blocker. Ad blockers should not be blocking text links, but sometimes they don't function correctly. If you disable the ad blocker you should be able to see the bookmaker's name.
How should I grade a pick if the match/game is postponed to another date?
You should grade it according to the rules of the bookmaker, whose odds you used for the verification of the pick. If the date of a game is moved for another day or week, then most probably the bookmaker will void the bets and you should do the same in your blog, but first check the specific bookmaker's rules.
How many maximum units can I bet on one pick/event?
It is not recommended to bet more than 10/10 on one event (match). Martingale or similar systems are not allowed and if you are found to be using Martingale your account will be closed.
What is a void bet? How and when should I void the bet in one pick?
In different situations your bet can be declared void (or push). When the bet is voided only your stake is returned to you, practically you won't lose anything, but you won't win either.
For example this can happen if the game you placed your bet on has been canceled for some reason or let's say you are backing up a player to score a first goal and he doesn't even make the starting line-up because he gets injured during the warm-up for example. In that way you never had even the chance to win the bet so it will be declared void and you will get your stake back.
Sometimes it is possible that the voiding of a bet is provoked also by the bookmaker's mistake when quoting the odds.
On Blogabet you must void your bet only if the bookmaker also voided it and you can do it yourself if you are a free tipster when grading a certain pick and click on the PUSH button next to the pick.
How can I grade my picks if I am a paid tipster?
You cannot. All picks of paid tipsters are graded by Blogabet.
Do unverified picks count for my stats?
Unverified picks are included in the overall stats, but if you have more than 10% unverified odds, you will not get a verified icon on your blog.
I posted some picks, but the odds are all changed to 1.00. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?
It can happen only when you post an unverified pick and write the odds yourself. You should use period ( . ) as a decimal symbol, not a comma ( , ), i.e. 1.90 but not 1,90.
Can I post combo picks if I am a paid tipster?
Yes, combo picks are accepted for paid services.
Why can't I post comments about the odds under paid picks?
Only the seller himself and his subscribers (customers) are allowed to see and post comments under the seller's paid picks while they are still pending. The comments become visible for everybody else after the pick is graded with result.
I received an e-mail alert for a free pick but when I open it only part of the pick is visible. Why?
Some parts of certain free picks which are not instantly visible are with an anti-bot protection. There is a View pick link where the user has to solve the captcha code first in order to see the whole pick.
