During last weeks we have received multiple reports from Gmail users for a 4 minutes delay in delivery of some of their pick alerts.

 

We have identified the issue to be originating from a Gmail update from the end of April and to be completely outside of our control, regardless that we utilize best e-mail sending practices.

 

For the time being, we advice all members that rely on time-critical e-mail pick alerts to switch to Yahoo/Hotmail or other mainstream email provider different from Gmail.

 

For G-suite users it may be possible to rectify the issue by turning off the enhanced pre-delivery message scanning from your G-suite admin ( Apps >> G Suite >> Gmail >> Advanced settings).
