Dear Blogabet members,
For weeks our Devs have been working to bring back bet365 Esports odds via alternative source as they do not come in the legacy bet365 API due to bookmaker decision. This task is now finally completed and you can post again VERIFIED Esports picks from Bet365.
While we were preparing to share the good news with you, unfortunately a new setback occured - Horse Racing, Grayhounds and Cycling odds dissapeared from our legacy bet365 feed without prior warning.
We are in contact with bet365 to restore the odds feed and we are also looking to implement an alternative source as we did with the Esports.
Unfortunately it could take few more days before these sports are back available for verification via Bet365 tool.
Apologies for the inconvenience!
Kind regards,
Blogabet Team
Is Pinnacle verification gone for ever? The landscape has changed!
Dear Blogabet members,
Pinnacle odds verification has been an integral part of the Blogabet ecosystem for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, since last week Pinnacle has revoked our API access with very short notice and our negotiations with them the last few days have been futile.
Bellow is the full story
Earlier this month Pinnacle informed us that "the landscape has changed" and the real-time odds API will be provided only to affiliates that are profitable for Pinnacle - bring a certain number of FTDs (first time depositors) every month and provide a certain profit NGR (net gaming revenue) every month.
Unfortunately Blogabet is not such an affiliate. Actually our affiliate account in Pinnacle has been in the red for 6-7 years and due to negative carryover, we have not received any earnings from Pinnacle for that period. In other words the players that Blogabet brings to Pinnacle are winning players that make profit and the bookmaker is in loss overall from our traffic.
Additional setback is that the Blogabet audience is mainly fairly experienced bettors and most of them already have accounts in Pinnacle. At the same time for the novice bettors the bookmaker is not that attractive as its frontend is tailored for pro users and the bonuses for new accounts are not that great, if any.
This makes it impossible for Blogabet to reach the required FTD and NRG targets even if we make strong advertising. And if we can not reach the NRG, we will have to pay from our pocket, the amount is rather high and impossible for our budget.
Hence for the moment we do not have any good news to share. Talks with Pinnacle have stalled and it seems this will be the end.
