Hello, Neteller usage is very low and there is not enough liquidity and is impossible to top up the account due to capital controls. Hence the limit is 100 EUR / 30 days. Crypto option is currently limited only for Premium tipsters that do not have even Neteller option, some of them have been waiting for 9-12 months to get their money and much bigger amount than yours. When your wallet amount reaches 1000 EUR you will be also eligible for Crypto as with Neteller it will mean 10 months, which of course is too long to wait...

@semuca‍ @Enszi‍ there was hardware problem with the email server, we did not had any access to it for few hours and waited for a technician to physically replace a faulty module in the server and reboot it. Such things happen extremely rarely, i.e. once in few years

Have you posted a support ticket or reports? Support tickets are attended within 2-3 working day and reports up to 5-7 working days at latest

Hello, please note the reports are under investigation and tipster payouts are on hold. However due to all reports coming from a single person, i.e. you and your different profiles the reports are considered low priority and not urgent. Why you keep buying this tipster 3 months in a row and making different profiles to do that if you think he is a scam?

And I just wanted to know if Crypto withdrawals would take more time to be completed comparing to Paypal withdrawals which is usually being completed in 4-5 days.

Crypto could take a bit longer than 2-3 working days because we often need to top up crypto wallets from fiat. Crypto payments by customers are not enough for payouts to all tipsters that want payout in crypto. Crypto top ups could be slow sometimes due to regulatory obstacles. Anyway, all crypto withdrawals from last week have already been processed, thank you for your patience!

Hello, we get 300 to 500 reports every day, the shear volume of reports make it impossible to be attended same day, if there is enough info in the report it will be forwarded for further investigation, which can take several weeks, as the cases for investigation are a lot as well

It's been 10 days since the withdrawal request, so I'd say a week late, considering the email usually says 2-3 days. Anyway, problem solved.

I checked, everything is as it was before) great news, and many thanks to the entire Blogabet team!

The original Pinnacle API did not had such markets included and our new source is just a mirror / copy of the original API that is being re-sold to us, hence there is no possibility to have these markets as Pinnacle do not release them in the first place. But E-sports are available! :)
