Yep, all is normal with Paypal and no restriction for any EEA country, so no reason for anyone not to use them for the time being

The country of your Paypal account is blocked from receiving funds, there is nothing we can do! Probably is some sanctioned country like Russia, Belarus etc. It is Paypal that does not allow us to send you funds. What is so complicated about that and why you still can not comprehend it after a dozen replies from our support in last weeks?

Unfortunately Skrill and Neteller are not coming back for EEA countries due to new laws in EU about marketplaces.

So only paypal and crypto are the possible options now ? @Blogabet Support‍

For PAY-IN from EEA we currently have Paypal, Visa/Mastercard and Crypto. For Pay-OUT the only option is Paypal. Crypto withdrawals are not available due to very complex AML/KYC regulations as we currently use an UK licensed exchange. Skrill and Neteller are only available outside EEA.
